Design Services:
• Order Completion Date
The completion date for each order will be mutually agreed upon prior to order confirmation. Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Calligraphy Logo
Clients will receive 2–3 logo options created using the same handwriting style, along with two (2) revision rounds. Additional revisions are available at an extra cost.
Once the logo shape has been confirmed and approved by the client, no further revisions will be permitted.
• Photo & Video Design Package
Each package includes up to two (2) revisions covering design, color, and/or text. Clients are encouraged to provide all feedback during the first revision round, so the second round may be reserved for final adjustments.
Each package applies to one design concept with consistent colors. Requests for color changes, background modifications, or variations applied to individual photos or videos will be considered a new package and billed accordingly.
Included revisions must be requested within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the design submission date. Requests made after this period will be treated as additional revisions and may incur extra fees subject to schedule availability.
• Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds are issued once design work has commenced. If an order is canceled before work begins, the amount paid will be issued as a voucher, valid for one (1) year from the order date. Unused vouchers will automatically expire after one year from the date of the purchase.
• Usage Rights
All designs created by Ghain Calligraphy may not be reproduced, recreated, or reused by any third party, whether for personal or commercial purposes, without prior written consent.
Gift Products:
As we follow a fully customized approach, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or fault.
